Logistics and distributon
Healthcare Operations has its own dedicated Central Distribution Centre (CDC) strategically located at the Petaling Jaya Head office. The warehouse is operating on SAP Warehouse Management System and has a high ware-house/storage standard, in line with the Good Warehouse Practices (GWP) prescribed for pharmaceutical products.

Dedicated warehouse facilities offer ambient, air-conditioned, temperature controlled, chilled and frozen storage facilities
Distribution focused business systems and advanced interfacing technologies facilitate internet connectivity, electronic order capturing and e-fulfillment, enhancing business processes and communication with principals and customers
Batch management system using FEFO (First-Expiry, First-Out), designed to monitor batch numbers and expiry dates and providing for a timely product recall if necessary
Registration application services for renewal, site manufacturing change and new indications
Product license transfer services for changes involving the new appoint-ment of a Marketing Authorization Holder (MAH)
License application services for importation and wholesale of registered foreign medicines, health supplements, traditional medicines and cosmetics
Medicine Advertisement Board (MAB) application services for product ad-vertisement involving non-controlled medicines
Good manufacturing practices
Our Healthcare division is the only pharmaceutical distributor in Malaysia to hold an approved Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) licence from the Drug Control Authority (DCA) for "secondary packaging” activities.
