We have 2,000 employees who work with more than 60 suppliers to ensure that products in our care cover the national retail universe effectively across all major categories. At the same time, we deliver the best service to retailers, ranging from international key accounts to the smallest sundry or mom-and-pop stores.
Our key strength is market-access through a comprehensive network of 14 branches and four sales offices in the key towns of West and East Malaysia as well as through selected wholesalers supplying the lower trade.
Thus, our traditional wholesaler coverage is estimated at over 16,000 outlets in addi-tion to the direct coverage of some 7,000 outlets and a controlled coverage by outlet and SKU for more than 17,000 outlets.
We maintain separate sales and marketing teams who are specialized by sales channel or category - e.g. separate teams to handle food products, non-food prod-ucts, toys and stationery, home appliances, telephone cards, etc.

DKSH Logistics Services (DLS)
We provide a comprehensive scope of services to address your business needs. You can leverage our large and comprehensive logistics and distribution infrastructure for cost effective and efficient services, and we also offer custom-made logistics solutions, uniquely tailored to your needs.
We centrally distribute consumer goods in West Malaysia from our warehouse complex in Bukit Kemuning near Klang. This center has a capacity of 56,000 pallet storage slots for handling ambient, air-conditioned, chilled, and even frozen products. With about 75 consignments per day, the yearly average throughput exceeds 10,000,000 cases in this warehouse alone.
Our seven East Malaysian branches and Brunei have their own consumer goods warehouses, the larger ones are located in Kuching and Kota Kinabalu.
